Using the crock pot is very helpful, you can make prepacked bags of stuff and store it in the freezer and just pop it in the crock pot all day. Or just throw some stuff together in the morning before you leave for the day and when you come home its finished! dashingdish.com has tons of recipes for using the crock pot.

If they had a wonderful personality sure why not? I'd take that over a "fit" jerk any day. But I would love for them to want to workout with me and not hate me if I cooked a healthy meal haha :)

I LOVE LIFTING! Even thought I'm new at it, I can tell I'm getting stronger and stronger by the week and going up in how much I lift each week (might not seem like much ) but it is to me.
