Its amazing!! I'm following the Rachel Flint Routine just go to Bodybuilding.com and search Fit Like Flint. :) Its only been a few weeks for me and I can already tell I'm building muscle.

Take note all this water I'm drinking is spread out from when I wake uo at 5:30 am to when I go to bed at 10:00 ish pm lol.

For cardio I enjoy Pop type of music but when I'm doing my heavy lifting listening to Hard Rock or Metal stuff like that, just pumps me up to lift more iron :D hahah

True! I'd rather not drink my calories in high calorie, sugary juices though. I love orange juice, but I'm going to stick with the real thing!

Good advice all! Thank you! I just like feeling hydrated, and I don't want to drink anything other than my milk and protein shake. Trying to avoid soda and alcohol and sugary juices overall. Maybe I should look into juicing hmmmm...

Definitely the stair stepper, you don't even need to go fast to get your heart rate going and get sweating!

I just started Myfitnesspal and yesterday I believe I was a hundred calories under what I was supposed to be eating. Does that make a huge difference?
