  • Oh fun! My kids just went on their first flight in February. We went to Cuba! They did really well!
  • I think that might help. Well, what's helped me so far was that picture I posted in the challenge thread. That helped huge! I feel my will power rising.
  • What do you mean hold it down? Hmm light but satisfying for me is rice wraps stuffed with veggies with peanut sauce. Or like a chicken souvlaki pita wrap :) mmmm

  • Well that's good that you've done well for the last few months. It can get better!! I'm honestly not doing the greatest either ugh. Why must it be so hard!?
  • It's not as easy as "Just stopping" though! It can be so hard to get the binge eating under control. Especially because we're faced every single day with food. Well, as long as it's wasn't too much food. Try weighing yourself again. That might help get you into focus.

  • Wow! That's tough! I'm sorry to hear that. Hopefully you get back into the swing of things right away. As for me, it's that time of the month and I can barely get out of bed. All I want is comfort food and My blankie with a good show. Currently Watching Grey's Anatomy.
  • Getting back into the swing of things can be so very hard! Just make small steps every single day. Each hour is worth your best decision.

  • I read that your kids going to bed can be a trigger to eat. Everyone has triggers, and Heidi Powell was saying that one of her bad ones is when she puts her kids to bed. So if you know it's a trigger, it can help to keep you mindful of it. It's definitely one of mine!!

  • Oh wow. That's cool that you were a gym teacher!! I can't do push ups... it sucks haha. As for the new exercise, definitely taking the Zumba course was out of my comfort zone. But I'm so happy I did it!

  • WOW!! Great Job you guys!!! My victory today: I'm officially a Zumba instructor!!! I'm so excited! My weekend was crazy! I danced for over 5 hours one day and burned over 5,000 calories. I also danced over 12 miles and and did over 30,000 steps!! Whew! I couldn't believe I did all that in one day!!

  • I've never learned French. It sucks cause I live in Canada, but in BC it's not necessary. Also awesome that you play the xylophone! Fun! I will post a picture of my puppy tomorrow. Too tired to try upload one right now haha.
  • Agreed with above ^^^ Breaking habits is hard. I'm sure they can forgive you. At least you're aware of it now. And if you truly want to overcome it, you will! (It seems like you do)
