We're similar - I am a vegetarian, my daily calories is set at 1210, and I get over 70g of protein per day. My diary is open if you'd like to take a look for ideas! I do a different meal prep for the work week so don't be put off by the fact that it looks like I'm eating the exact same things every day that week =)

Hello! I'm 5'3" at 141, trying to get down to somewhere in the 120's (possibly less than that?). Your pictures are very motivating! Consider yourself added and anyone can add me as well :flowerforyou:

Yes! It tastes great in coffee or even certain flavors of tea. I put almond milk in my smoothies every day. I love the stuff.

Here's the recipe! www.italianchips.com/spinach-pie I've made this twice and using Bob's Red Mill gluten-free flour made it SO much easier. I don't know why but the consistency was smoother and prettier. It's not as intimidating as it looks so go for it and get ready for compliments galore!

My pleasure :flowerforyou: Pizza is absolutely my favorite food and no matter how I change my diet, I'll always make room for it.

Dude, you got your answer. Multiple answers, in fact.

or your stomach is trying to get your attention because it's hungry. You should probably eat a little something at least during your shifts.

Then #2.

If this is, in fact, a serious question... It's normal. #1 - I assume you eat something within those six hours so by the time you get home, your stomach is fuller than when you woke up. #2 - Gravity. While you're laying down, your spine decompresses so you are actually taller and thus 'slimmer' in the morning or whenever…

www.cookingwithjax.com/2014/01/cauliflower-crust-pizza.html I've actually made this myself and it was quite tasty!

Also, there are many more people on here that are more qualified to give you detailed advice, but even though you're trying to lose weight I think you should be eating more calories during the day.. at least if your diary is 100% correct. Just a suggestion :flowerforyou:

I feel the same way! For me, it's like a puzzle to solve so there's that extra little reward when it's complete  I'm almost 90 days in and I still think it's fun, I guess because every day is different. It'll be interesting to hear from people who have been doing this for a year or more. Good luck on your journey!

This was so nice to read. I haven't even settled into my apprehensions about maintenance but I already feel better. Thank you :flowerforyou:

This sounds delicious! Pineapple is on my grocery list. Thanks for sharing!

I'm there anywhere from 60 to 90 minutes usually doing straight cardio. I think 45 minutes is plenty of time spent at the gym if you get a great workout.

Same here! I know a lot of people like to relax with yoga which is all well and good, but I work up a decent sweat with JM Yoga Meltdown and I use a lot of muscles I guess I don't normally use. It involves a warm-up and cool-down, but I like the burn =) it makes me feel accomplished after a workout.

OP, I completely understand! I'm 5'3", 155 lbs and I used to get footlongs all the time, eat the whole thing when I got home and would still want more! I get the salads now and those satisfy my hunger perfectly.

I'm usually around 1300 and I eat back most of my exercise calories - open diary!
