I coud shove watermelon and cottage cheese (4%, anything less won't give you what your body is looking for) in my pie hole all day long. It's really high in sodium, but I can have 1.5 cups of watermelon and .5 cup - 1 cup of cottage cheese for cheap (calorie wise). It's salty, it's sweet, it's filling, it's a little fatty,…

While this is good I prefer: buy double stuff and a quart of milk ease off one side of each cookie from the package and either eat raw, dunk, or throw away. pair the rest to make triple stuffed (because double stuffed isn't quite double) and dunk those noms, noms

Initially I got a some negative comments from friends and family. When I hit my low bf% (<13%) they didn't have many compliments then either, but I know that I do this for me and not for them (although I was too lean anyway). The people who race with me see how I use this body to do the things that I want to do, the people…

You specifically Asked about a training program. The literature related to a lot of these programs Includes Discussions around cardio. However what you do in this area depends on what you enjoy. Lift weights, Move your body, Measure your food, And count your calories. Your success depends on Whether or not you find a…

I agree with new rules, that's where I started and still find it to be a solid program. I did strong lifts for a while and while I did see gains with those lifts I found a general decrease in functional strength and therefore wouldn't go back. If you want some feedback about new rules from some other ladies doing it here's…

I say fire the chef, right after you flog them. I'm so sorry you had to go through this, I have a tiny violin playing a tiny sad song just for you, and a tiny tear in my eye.

If we ever met up, well I just refuse to be responsible for the epic destruction from the explosion of awesomeness.

I find it sad that someone helped him end up like that, a 18 - 20 year old man who hasn't left his room in 2 years and is certainly immobile. Can you imagine the impact this would have on a person's organs/skeleton/musculature? Damn, sometimes love is just the simple act of saying no.

Do you do this for free or money, because solicitation is against forum user rules.

eat sweet potatoes (potatoes have more potassium than bananas, and sweet more so than white) and make certain you are drinking sufficient water.

Who would commit such an atrocity against a poor innocent tuna sandwich?

famer . . . far tastier. Did you know that if an egg is not refridgerated it can keep for up to a month? The fresher an egg is the harder it is to peel. When you buy eggs from the store, hard boil them, and they peel easily . . . how long do you think that egg's been laying around? That being said, I prefer my eggs from…

I'm just going to thank you for not trying to substitute butter for something that is very much not butter (or any of the other real ingredients for that matter). This is a cauliflower recipe I may actually try.

I'll do 5 or 10 minutes of mild warm up on the treadmill or stepper before lifting, but that's it. If your goal is to run further then you cardio first, if your goal is to lift more then you lift first.

I'm not an attorney, but I am an American. While I think the letter writer was more than just out of line and grossly inappropriate, since I'm not an attorney, I am curious what criminial charges may come from this letter.

That's why it's listed on Chit-Chat, Fun, and Games (although this isn't a game, isn't necessarily fun, and is too serious a discussion for chit-chat). I agree, it would be totally inappropriate to put on "introductions," "success stories," or "recipes." If you prefer to stick strickly to fitness related topics it is…

This is just so sad, who would do something so terrible? It's a terrible thing, however I do believe that what goes around comes around. The attacked family is receiving more support than ever before in their life, and with a special needs child support must be so important, and the crazy woman who wrote it not only knows…

increased strength does not equal increased muscle mass, it's important to know that. so you may get stronger, but you're not going to build mass. Aside from that, until you realize there is a difference between the scale and health & asthetics I can't help you. The scale is really quite meaningless as a singular tool for…

Honestly, because you refuse to track I don't have enough information from you extensive posts to give good advice. You give a lot of information, but there's no data. No real facts supporting approximately how many calories you are eating/burning. It's unfortunate but true, no data, no relevant advice. Properly log for 4…

I'll be his friend, I'll even take my own gluten free bread for the soup and split a tasty gluten free dessert with him. It's his ****ing birthday, so yes you are not only being rude but also selfish. He wants to spend his birthday with YOU. You can always modify everything on a menu to get it into your comfort zone. If…

I wouldn't chose them for myself, but I wouldn't turn my nose up if offered either. My ****ty food craving is wonder bread, mayo, and balogna. I can't eat wonder bread, I'm gluten free and it would set me in the sidelines for 2 days, but I still crave it.

You can lose weight on a deficit without exercise, but it looks softer than with exercise. Additionally, if you strength train you can maintain more lean mass than either with just a deficit alone or a deficit built from cardio. Exercise also promotes health and not just weight loss. The above shows two of many ideals, one…
