I'm thinking Tae Kwan Do or even volley ball however you could always go with diving. There's not much money in diving, but I hear that good things can happen for a guy if you're a straight diver who travels with the girls team.

you need therapy to work on your emotional baggage, you're focusing too much on food and not enough on how you deal emotionally. You need to find a way to disconnect your eating behaviors from your emotional stability . . . you also need to figure out how to create emotional stability.

Nope, I know lots of people who don't live my life style and manage their weight only through consumption fluctuations alone (lose weight eat less, gain weight eat more). Exercise is important to me, and it may be important to you, it's not important to weight management.

Exercises don't melt fat, eating at a deficit decreases fat depositis. Exercises are great for your body, and there's nothing wrong with these basics, but sweating isn't fat melting, and neither specific types of food nor specific exercises inherently "melt fat." Abs are made in the kitchen, not by laying on the floor.

For me, yes, because I'd rather a round hard booty then a jiggly cellulite ridden booty (those are my 2 options), I like to look good naked and I think mucles look awesome naked.
