^^^ My thoughts exactly - I love my food scale. It's been really helpful with my new lifestyle. I used to think I knew what a serving of cheese was....nope! But now when I cut off a chunk, I am pretty good at keeping it somewhat even (but I still weigh it lol).

Fine fine - another pet peeve is punctuation, capitalization, and grammar. Seriously though, it's not that hard to use periods...or know that "i" should be "I".

Instead of 2 Cadbury creme eggs, I eat 1.... I've swapped half a medium pizza for 2 slices...unless I'm really hungry and have the calories for it. I'm not being a jerk lol, but I haven't taken anything out of my diet...for me, I just swapped serving sizes. That is working for me, but everyone is different!

I love the taste of Special K Red Berries... don't give it any thought beyond that really... I haven't had it much in the past few weeks because I also fund cereal doesn't fill me up.

You definitely need to eat more - I started about 6 weeks ago with 150ish pounds to lose and my calories are set to 1440 plus exercise calories. Hey - I recommend using the MFP search tool to look up various threads about cleanses. You'll find great info there. I've never done one, and I don't think there's any point to them because your body is a cleansing machine already. Good luck on your health and fitness goals :)

I'm finally doing it because I want too....I'm doing it for me. But that's not the only reason I'm doing it...I want to have kids and I want to be healthy during my pregnancies and be a healthy example for my future children.
