Mmmmm! As long as it fits in your calories, go for it!! As far as measuring/weighing, I used to use a tablespoon...until I weighed it out on bread. My jar said 15 grams is a tablespoon....well, my tablespoon amount weighed 19 grams! :-( Now I weigh it always....

I lost that amount in my first 10 days of just having a healthier lifestyle.....mostly water weight, but meh. Same results as the "dietician" plan.....oh, and I kept it off. Please please please, just start eating at a deficit....move your body....and watch the magic happen!!!

Started just over 6 weeks ago and I'm down 18 pounds (from 293 to 275) and I don't notice a difference. But I don't really expect to since I have a lot to lose. Hopefully around the 40 pound mark I'll start noticing :) Edited to add - Mentally I feel a difference :) I know I'm kicking butt lol!

I happily eat them!! Usually about 75% on average. I exercise so I can have treats....may not be the best reason to exercise, but everyone starts somewhere! I'm losing steadily, so it's working for me. *goes back to eating her Cadbury Creme egg*
