Well I've only been at this for 24 days, but I decided to have a "Yummy Meal" every week - I log it as a yummy meal and ball park the calories (last week was a pound of wings and fries and ice cream lol). I most definitely will NOT deprive myself of those super high cal delicious foods because that's not a realistic goal…

Yeah.....not sure what crisp means... Right now (on an ideal day), I do 30 mins of a hill interval on the treadmill, 30 minutes of to something that looks like an elliptical but can be like a stepper too (don't know what it's called), and then 30 minutes doing various exercises on the mat (lunges, core exercises, etc). Someone very close to me switched to Zoloft and gained just over 60 pounds in about 7 months. They switched after that!!

VICTORIA'S SECRET!!! Seriously though.....I want to buy something sexy from there! There's obviously other things, fitting comfortably in seats, not shying away from cameras, joining a volleyball team, etc. Also, and most importantly, I want a healthy body before I get preggers....well, SO I can get preggers :)

I just started 15 days ago and have no problem eating my calories, but that's just me.....I love food....probably why I got to 293 pounds! But I have kept full fat things in my new lifestyle....cheese, whole eggs, real butter, and evoo....mmmmmm....yummy! But to each their own!
