  • snaps- my scale is so old.. I've only replaced the battery once. I'm kind of afraid to get a new one LOL. To be fair, it always gives me the same number each time I get on, so it must be okay. I would like a nicer one with body fat % just to help with seeing a trend.

  • First week in 7 weeks that I've gained! Ugh. Only a lb but disappointing!
  • Fast day 2 of the week. Doing well. I have 160 calorie almond milk yogurt, and will eat the rest of my calories for dinner! I've meant to get to the gym all week, but headaches keep getting me. Just diagnosed Hypothyroid and seeing a doctor next week.

  • I weigh in on Friday morning's only. My 2nd fast day is Thursday, so this works out. I might jump on the scale once or twice during the week, but I only log what the scale says on Friday's.

  • I'm 35+1 today.. From last week to this week, I actually lost 0.4 so that makes my weight gain 29.6 lbs. I'm guessing that I lost some of that water weight that I gained.. Either way. I'm not upset.

  • Oh Tigger, I wish my DH would do it, but he goes to bed at 7pm! I haven't even sat down at that point. He has to get up at 3:30am and commute to work. We hardly see eachother during the week.
  • No Tigger, I've never seen one, and frankly can't afford it. I try to keep my feet up as much as I can, but it's hard at work 8 hours a day. I sit all day at work so when I get home, I am tired of sitting. last night I was in the nursery for awhile doing stuff. I am just going to be swollen from here on out, I suppose.

  • From week 32-33 I had NO gain and held steady at 25 lbs gained.. from week 33-34, I gained 5 LBS!!!! That takes me up to 30 lbs gained with 40 days remaining until my due date. I think my goal of gaining less than 35 is impossible now, seeing that my swelling is taking over.
