i'm officiall up 20.2 lbs at 29 weeks. A little bummed because I really wanted to stay at 25 lbs, but I still have 11 weeks. I'm guessing 35-40 lbs is much more likely and that makes me want to cry. I really didn't want to go over 185. I'm at 177 right now.

I agree with Julie.. because a lot of the clientele are older women (60+) they do it more as a social hour.. but I worked out hard when I was there. I was always sweaty and tired when I left. It just depeneds what you put in!

Yes, make the switch! I am a distance runner (sometimes running for 4 hours) and I can't imagine running in a pad. You will be so much happier~! Good luck!

I went to Curves several years ago and had great success with it. I liked it. The only reason I stopped going was the price! I had the same thing if I was walking too fast (3.0MPH or higher on a treadmill) and my stomach would tighten and then i'd feel like crap for the next 12 hours or so. So I dropped my gym membership. Now, I just walk outside at a comfortable pace without being out of breath.

Up 17.2 at 28 weeks. Only gained .8 this past week which makes me happy. I've gained less than 5 lbs since my doctors appointment 5 weeks ago. They wanted me to watch because last month I gained 9 lbs.

I'm getting the numb arms in the morning but I think it's because I keep my arms curled up around my body pillow while DH is in bed. When he gets up for work (3am) i stretch out and it seems to help.

Out of curiosity, I jumped on the scale this morning just to see where I was at.. about a lb up from Monday when i weighed in. Lets see if I can keep the gain UNDER 2 lbs when I weigh in on monday! that means lots of water and better food choices this weekend!

I've been getting really bad rib pain at night when I lay down.. i'm not sure if there is a foot there or something but it HURTS! If I sit up it seems to stop hurting. I guess it's a body part? haha

I'm going on a diet anyway! I was a bit overweight when I got pregnant. I still had 10 lbs I wanted to lose.. now i'll have 30. Hopefully i'll lose 20 with the baby though. LOL.

I didn't measure to start, so I have no idea. I feel like i'm HUGE, but when I see pics of my bellow compared to other girls in my June 2014 Babies FB group, I don't feel that big! It's really hard to tell.

Every time I go walking, I feel nasty afterwards. Everything gets all tight and then I hurt. I think I need to just do regular walkign instead of trying to power walk.

I've been slacking on exercise. I haven't been to the gym in two weeks because I loved to stay home and watch the Olympics. Now that they are over, I really need to get back at it. I was planning on going tomorrow but the gym is closed Wednesday and Thursday for renovations so I need to find something else to do!

I have mine set at Maintenance I believe. It gives me about 2,000 calories a day. I use it as a guideline, but If i'm hungry after 2,000 calories, I will still eat. I don't plan on starving myself. I'm at 23 weeks and just hit 10lbs gained this week, so I think i'm doing alright. I really do want to start exercising more.…
