Thanks ladies! You are right. Next time I go, i'll give it a shot. I'll only aim for 25 minutes or so to see how I feel.
-
yeah! But the marathon was the last running I did! LOL and that was October 12th. Still, I think i'll give it a shot. thanks!
-
Thanks Dawnie! I wasn't really using an elliptical before hand. I trained for a marathon which I ran in October of last year at 3+5. I haven't run since then. I've just been walking occasionally on the treadmill but it's underwhelming and I don't want to leave the house to not even burn 200 calories. I guess its' because…

<--- See avatar. That was baby at 20+5. They just switch over to 4D at my regular scans.

We picked Harper!

I get the tingly hands when I wake up from sleeping! So strange!! My feet also hurt so bad most of the time. I work in a business casual work enviroment, so I wear a lot of flats and shoes that don't really support my feet well. Wish I could talk them into letting me wear sneakers!
-
I'm due 6/22! I've gained about 7 lbs so far!
-
The only real craving.. diet pepsi!! I know it's not that great for me, so I try not to indulge very often, but man.. a nice fountain soda is amazing!!!
-
Tigger - that's how it was for us at first too. He had names on list that I just went "no" and moved on. I just hated them. We each made a list of names we liked, and then we compared to see if we had any that overlapped and then worked from there.

Like the other ladies have said, don't be too hard on yourself! This will pass!! I didn't feel okay until week 15 and then everything got a lot better for me. I'm cleaning, exercising, and most of the time feel great. Just hang in there for a few more weeks and i'm sure you will start to come around. You are creating a…

Well it turns out after I posted this, DH came to a decision! He said "let's go with Harper!" so we are! I know that it's growing in popularity, but I know not a single Harper, nor do I know anyone that's having a Harper, or who already has a Harper! LOL Maybe it has to do with where we live. This is a small meat and…
-
Oh.. I feel like I should mention that DH DID come around to the name Harper and said it really grew on him. Right after the gender scan he looked at me and said "Harper!" but I didn't want to make any rash decisions becasue we were on a emotional high (literally crying). By the time he got to work he had changed his mind…

I hurt too!! My feet have really been hurting, but I read on one of my "baby apps" that your feet can grow almost a WHOLE size! Maybe my feet are stretching out. Either way, i'm tired of it. I'm also suffering from killer headaches again.
-
Me!!!! I joined Team Pink today!!!!
-
Rhye- I had the same thing for a couple days righta at 20 weeks but it seems to have died off a litle bit now. Maybe it's a growth spurt. I've read that baby nearly doubles it's size between week 20 and 21, so that could very well be causing the extreme hunger!

I totally understand! I am stressing big time. I know I am going to gain, but every time I get on the scale it's these HUGE jumps. I only weigh once a week and 2 of my weigh in's have been over 3 lbs each. Holy cow! This week my gain was 3.8 but with the super bowl and all the eating out I did I thought some of it would…

My doctor didn't give me a goal, which kind of bummed me out. I do very well with a "written goal" or hearing one come from my dcotor. I have no idea what would be "healthy" for me. I did start out a bit overweight for my height, so i'm trying to stay right at 25 lbs. I'm 20+2 today and i've gained 6.6lbs. I'm hoping…

You are doing great Nike!!! Only 5 lbs is awesome.

Have you tried a body pillow? I love mine and don't think I could attempt to sleep without it. I didn't go out and buy a $50 pregnacy pillow.. this thing was $13 bucks. it's amazing!
-
I know. I joked with my mom a few times and said "Who knew? All I had to do to lose weight was get pregnant?" I'd never watched weight fall off that easily... not that i'd ever want to go through morning sickness to lose the weight. That was the worst.
-
I haven't had this problem yet, but when I go in for my appointments, my BP is always a bit higher than normal. I guess I get a case of the "White Glove Syndrome" and get nervous for no reason. My anatomy scan is Friday and i'm sure i'll be so worked up that my BP will be up.
-
This is good to know as i'm in the middle of week 20! Doubling in size! Wow!
-
it might sound silly, but I found that drinking TONS of water the week leading up to the race helped me out a LOT. There were some races that i'd go out drinking one night or just not drink enough water, and it was a noticeble more pleasant race the times I drank plenty of water leading up to the race!
-
Love4fitness- I'm not sure it was "a lot" but I lost almost 8 lbs with morning sickness. I wasn't even throwing up. I was just so nauseous and had so many food aversions, I could barely eat.
-
Up 3.8 lbs from last week. I expected a gain, but this ridiculous. I'm hoping at least some of this is water weight from the soduum this weekend. OMG. haha.. total weight gain at week 20: 6.6 lbs.
