I enter it after I eat it. A lot of the time, I don't even eat an entire serving of something. This way, I can be as accurate as possible and only enter exactly what I ate.

I get carnitas (roasted pork) - they come with corn tortillas, and I eat one of those... Get pico, little quac (or fresh avacado), limes and some lettuce and you are good to go! Very filling and yummy!

I struggle with the night-time cravings as well. I either suffer through it (no fun), or have a bowl of cereal (Special K with chocolate, Raisin Bran, etc) with very cold milk. It curbs the sweet craving (but may not help with the chocolate craving).

I am in the same boat. I had gestational diabetes while pregnant with my daughter and have since gained weight - which led to pre-diabetes. I have been doing this for 5 weeks and lost 18 pounds so far. I still have my moments/days of weakness, but we have such a great support group on here.

I suffer as well. I have medicines, but I don't take them like I should. What is funny, is when I was eating bad (greasy foods), I was "normal". Ever since I started eating healthy, my IBS has kicked in again. I too am a once a week person. Very frustrating ad uncomfortable. I will try the Miralax and see how that works…

I used canned green beans with Ham (Jamon) bullion. Or I make a dish that has the canned green beans and potatoes with diced tomatoes and turkey kielbasa. You can also make them in the crockpot, with 6 cans (3 drained, 3 undrained), layering uncooked turkey bacon, onion and beef bullion. Cook for several hours - YUMMY!

I try not to drink it, but when I do, I count it as water and list the packet in my food.

I lost almost 5lbs my first week! It was water weight! It lasted the first 2 weeks, now it is less and less each week.

Well, I only lost 0.4 lbs this week, but I did not gain, so I will take it as a success. My calories were lowered this week so, this should be interesting!

Worried about tomorrow morning's weigh in after the July 4th weekend. I will be happy just not to have gained anything. I am almost positive I did not lose anything. More like maintaining!

I wear my shoes unless I am doing the Wii Fit that involves using the board. I hurt my feet going barefoot, so I started wearing the shoes to give me more support.

100 Calorie packs (there are so many varieties now) or Sugar Fee Jell-O pudding. Some of the Skinny Cow ice creams are good too.
