i think my body needed a break too. i've been working out religiously since january and really haven't taken a break. i guess it's true that the "skinner" you get the harder it is to lose weight. i'm thinking about just upping my daily calories more and seeing what happens.

thank you for all that information, i guess i'm just getting a little impatient because i've been following what mfp tells me to do and i do turbo fire every day, guess i was just expecting to see a little bit of weight loss.
