asking if cannabis has calories is like asking if tobacco has calories. you're in inhaling the smoke that comes from burning an herb. that's like saying if you have a wood burning fireplace and breath in you're inhaling calories. Munchies are not a myth. but don't worry about it, like @rikracer1961 said, enjoy yourself!

There's nothing wrong with white rice, it's high in calories but is quickly digested by your body. It leaves you full for a log time so I think it's worth the calories for 1 cup to keep you full for 4 hours rather than 1/4 a cup of nuts to only keep you full for 2....

i love diet soda so much tbh. it makes me really bloated and gassy. It's terrible for you though, all those chemicals and acids and sweeteners........

I smoke off and on, generally 1/3 of a pack a day when I am smoking. I've never had trouble breathing or any trouble with exercise at all. When I'm taking smoking breaks I don't gain wait at all if i keep up my regular food and exercise routine. The cravings never really go away, which is why I still smoke......

how do you guys NOT get enough fiber??? Chia seeds Flax seeds psyllium husk VEGETABLES AND FRUITS pumpkin/squash hemp protein powder (or any plant based protein powder) Whole grains (brown rice, freekah, spelt, barley, quinoa, couscous...) i generally get 35g+ of fiber a day when i have 1400.

maybe increase your fat intake by 5%? You're getting enough protein it seems and also, increase your calories by 200 or so every 2 weeks until you find the amount that helps you gain weight.
