I just bundle up an head on out. I only resort to the treadmill if it is icy/slippery outside. I actually prefer to running in the cold weather. The 30's & 40's are my favorite!

I used circuit training, but the only way to really know how many calories you are burning is to get a heart rate monitor. Now I still use circuit training but I edit the calories burned daily to match my HRM.

I upped mine a few months ago to maintain when I hit my goal. When I upped my calories (I know this sounds crazy) I actually started losing more weight. I am have now lost 10 more lbs since I upped my calories!

I have had paraguard for a year and a half. I took the rest of the afternoon off and I took about 3 ibuprofen when I got home. The Polar FT7 shows the calories on the watch when you stop your training session. I just got mine last week and have used it everyday but I have not had time to really play with it and see everything that it does.

I kept pushing through the pain but it was only achy pain. It didn't really hurt too bad. I have moved on to the Ripped in 30 which is alot like the 30 DS but there are 4 sessions instead of 3. Jillian's Ripped in 30 is alot like the 30 DS but it has 4 workouts instead of 3. I highly recommend it. It is also only about 30 min.
