I just had my little guy almost 4 weeks ago and I need to get back on the healthy wagon! I am mainly focusing on eating healthy right now, but want to eventually get more workouts into our routine. :)

At work, I will take my first break, and have a snack, within 20 mins of returning to work, I'm already watching the clock for lunch time. I haven't found a way to destract myself…

I love my fitbit! I found myself checking it all the time, trying to beat my previous steps goal. It made me push myself a little harder. :) I recently lost mine, but I contacted the support center online, and after a couple days, they said they'd send me a replacement! I'm so stoked and just waiting to receive it so I can…

I'm excited to start this challenge with all of you. :P Good luck! Current weight: 218.5 Goal by Jan. 1: 203.5 On a side note, does anyone have any good ideas for…

I find if I don't, I'm much more likely to snack and eat anything in site. :( This morning I had: 1 fried egg (yolk included) A plain toasted bagel 1 slice of american cheese Two slices of Jennie-o oven roasted deli turkey. A glass of FF milk. 480 calories in all. YUM! :D Oh, and a…

I actually just had an egg salad/cottage cheese sandwich. LOL. Mix 1/3 cup ff cottage cheese with 1 whole hardboiled egg and 1 hardboiled egg white. Add a little salt and maybe a little mustard for flavor, or any other seasonings you may like. Makes a nice serving for one person. :D
