Hello all! This isn't my first time using MFP, but I've been on a little hiatus. I just had my first little one almost 4 weeks ago and I'm looking to lose this baby weight and keep the momentum going! Any other new moms out there? It'd be great to have someone to relate to and keep each other motivated. :)
Dinner is in the oven, but I'm trying hard to not eat everything in site!! I'm in an irritable mood, and tend to not care what I put in my mouth when I get frustrated. I worked hard at the gym today and I dont want to blow it! I have quite a few extra calories, but I hate using my exercise cals. :(
