Me! Not that it's ever so healthy, but some days I eat around four peanut butter and banana sandwiches (natural pb on whole wheat bread) and still remain trim. I just tell myself I need the fat and carbs before a long workout the next morning :wink:

I'm pretty sure I've had it in the past. Cutting out huge groups of food I once enjoyed, and living on the same meals of broccoli, sweet potatoes, and cod etc. I'm somewhat relaxed these days, but anything can be done to the extreme.

Throw 'em on salads and mix into fruit salad with milk. If you're looking for something to up your omega 3, I'd look elsewhere.

Coconut milk for me (specifically Koko brand). Casein seems to cause a reaction in me, and I've been dairy-free for quite some time. Can't say I even miss dairy produce if I'm honest.

I love avocados, but unfortunately they're pricey here in the UK.
