Running/cardio when sick
Do you? I know it's not a good idea, but I'm really "craving" a run. Currently sat here with a mild cough on a drizzly morning, and looking longingly outside.

Keep trying, but it's becoming impossible
I'm lifting heavy, and keeping my protein levels up, so why am I losing weight and mass? It's really starting to get to me now. I just want to be bigger.

Zinc supplements
Just wondering if any guys on here have had good results in the muscle and testosterone department from supplementing zinc. I'm currently taking 15mg of zinc citrate, but shall soon move over to the picolinate variety, as I hear they're better as far as absorption goes?

Feel almost dirty/gross if they can't work out? I'm currently waiting for a technician to fix my rower, and it's raining extremely hard outside right now, so that means no running. I could almost cry :(

Confused about protein
Just how much do I need? I've noticed I'm becoming more and more trim and just about maintaining any mass, but I would like my muscles to be a little bit bigger. I row hard about four/five times a week, 40 minutes at a time (usually), and I would say I take in around 80 grams of complete protein a day. Is this enough? Too…

OK, I'm addicted to exercise (more so the endorphins), and actually get ratty if I don't work up a sweat most days. Do you ever get one of those days where your workout just doesn't go right, no matter what you do? Today was like that for me. Working out when sick
Do you? I know it's frowned on and you should do the neck check etc. I have a little sore throat right now, and I'm craving a workout (I forced myself to have a quiet weekend as well). Please tell me it's safe to do some cardio.
