So awesome! Congrats, you look great! We have similar stats (I'm 5'7, started around 190 something and am stalled around 150 trying to get to 135), and you've totally inspired me to get back on board! I don't even have 3 kids to look after, so no excuses!

bump!!!

I'm 5'7 and I started at 198...now I'm at 150ish (don't weigh that often), and aiming for 135. It's taken a long time, but I feel like by taking this long, I'm way better at keeping it off :) Always open to friend requests with a personal note!

I tried the Gereral's Tofu, and LOVED IT! Keep this thread going, it all looks so great :)

Good for you! Keep it up!!! I've been slowly reducing my smoking for a few years now, and I'm down to around 3 a day (unless there's alcohol involved!). I'm wondering if Chantix is ok to take for people who don't actually smoke that much...I keep hearing about people who smoked a pack a day using it, and I'm worried it'll…

Wow! You look amazing! Congrats! You should definitely not be worried about going to the beach, and stretch marks? Everyone has 'em! I'm 5'7, and I've been trying to get to 130ish (149 now), and you've renewed my motivation...so thanks!

Bump!!!

You look awesome! We have really similar stats (I'm just somewhat older than you...31 :P)...started about the same and have the same goal weight! It's nice to see what the final product looks like! This has been really inspiring for me...thank you!

So awesome!!! You look great! I've wanted to get together some before/during pics, but I'm nervous about it too...this has totally made me get over it :) You're super brave, and I know you're tackling some stuff, but keep it up you're doing amazing!!

I'm also 5'7 and I'm stuck at 155. I'm looking forward to reading even more answers :) I have changed up calories and excercise, but I'm not always good about eating back excercise calories...maybe that's the answer. That and lifting heavier...seems to be the consensus on MFP. Hope you break your plateau!

I HATE running, and this App looked so cool, that I actually downloaded it yesterday with the intention of using it (heaven forbid!) It'll work perfectly with the Zombie Apocalypse challenge I'm in :D Great playlist BTW...and I want that shirt :P

I'm in! I feel like I've already had the Z.A. in mind the whole time I've been training anyways :P

I'm sure it's all been said here, but you look AMAZING!!! I love your style, and you're totally today's thinspiration :P Wear the bikini!!!!!

Bump! Always looking for more veg recipes...can't really post at work though.
-
bump! I can't post pictures at work either, but I've ALWAYS wanted to look like Eva Green too!! I also love Emma Stone. More realistically, I'm thinking Zooey Deschanel, since I doubt I'll ever be quite that skinny...I'm hourglass bordering strongly on pear.

Rule #!: Cardio! I'm with some of you...so long as they aren't Rage-infected, I'm good to go :P I'm thinking a crowbar, and knife and my bike. No fights at gas stations for me! I'd be just as concerned about the rest of the humans.

Hi, sorry this is late, but I just saw this post :) You will LOVE ballet and what it will do for your coordination and flexibility...but you need to be willing to stretch/practice outside of class. I did ballet and competitive dance for almost 15 years when I was a kid, but quit before university. I'm now 31 and went back…

Vacation helped me to relax a bit too...I ate reasonably, but didn't stress about what I ordered or how many drinks I had :P Good luck training for the 10k!
-
funny, we've had a pretty similar situation :) I lost aobut 25-30 lbs and got stuck for about a 1 month or so at 168. What I found actually helped was pretty scary...expecially if you have a time line you want to stick to, but it's worked for me since then, and for friends of mine as well. Take a few weeks off!! I actually…

Amazing! You look great! We have VERY similar stats, and it's lovely to see before and after pics for someone on a similar weight loss track. I wish I had the foresight to take 'before' pics!

Hey! I've been looking for a 5'7 post as well, thanks! :) My stats: Original Weight- approx 190, not sure Current Weight- 157 Goal Weight- 130 ish (I'll see when I get down there) I make sure to keep my calories under 1500 six days a week, and then no higher than 2000 (basically maintenance) one day a week. That's general…

Bump...I'm 5'7 and I can't decide my goal weight either...somewhere between 125 and 135 though, so I would love to hear everyone's answers.
-
I'd love to join :) I'm only just doing my first challenge for December, but it's really helping!

Yep, I was thin and super healthy until I was around 17-18. I was a competitive dancer and horseback rider, and although I always had curves I was pretty thin (around 125-130 with tonned muscle- I'm 5'7). Problem was, when I quit all of that (crazy teenaged reasons) and started working full time in a mall saving up for…
