Wow, that's wonderful!!

Oh my, this sounds delicious! Do you ever use eryrithritol in recipes?
-
YES!! Co-sign on that, you are so right

It was actually an attitude change, that it's OK to do things for myself & not just everyone else--the world didn't end...which led to looking at a diet & exercise program as being the major things instead of just more chores. Sort of like sinking your teeth into THAT project rather than sinking your teeth into non-portion…

Jolly Ollie is great!

Hi, I was congratulated for being pregnant & it wasn't baby weight either--it was 4 years after having my last baby LOL. That was quite awhile ago, & the next baby in my life will be more along the lines of a grandbaby (hopefully). You can lose the weight (if I can do it, anyone can) --this place is amazing! I'm fairly new…

5'3" & 120 lbs--reached goal weight Monday a week ago, down from 180, but didn't find out about myfitnesspal until late in the game, am still kinda new here. Great to see everyone! Feel free to add me if you like, y'all--I'm boring  .... but it'll make your lives more exciting by comparison

Yes! It works, & it is great for when you've been inactive/injured. It will painlessly get you back into exercising. I bought a used hardcover book from good ol' amazon for very little, & I use the breathing on a couple of kinds of other exercises (that I can do with bad spine--Callanetics, 4 Old School weight training…

Love Callanetics! I don't do all of the exercises, but I do most & aim for 6 days a week. I do them with Body Flex breathing LOL (as well as Body Flex except the Cat one --hurts). 3 days/week I add 4 weight training exercises --with the funny (Body Flex) breathing. With a spine problem, it gets the physical therapy…

Ooops, still getting the hang of this! And she's adorable

Being interrupted & stopped over & over while working out by some bossy old man at the gym, & by gym I mean at home office, & by bossy old man I mean the impatient husbandish person I married & work for. I'd like to say "with" but can't tell HIM that. He DOES do great work & he DOES support the diet part mostly, so it's…

Thank you! Very inspiring!

Wow, that is GREAT!! Congrats! Apnea can be really dangerous. I was diagnosed with sleep apnea too, haven't been retested since losing 60 lbs, but a friend mentioned a neck pillow designed for apnea to keep the air passages open, & it's worked fine. Since a chronic allergy plus sinus & lung infections interfered so bad…

Have you seen the Topic "Success Stories"? Really amazing motivation!

WOW!! Love this, thank you for posting! What weight training exercises did you do for your amazing figure?
-
Oh! Almost forgot--if you are low in Vitamin D it can make you depressed (taking it helped my antidepressant work better). It's cheap --free if you can get out in the sun a little while.
-
*Sending big hugs* When I was depressed, I felt BAD, sad from spine pain & not being able to go back to my job, which I enjoyed, or to do anything physical I liked actually. Not worth doing things for myself. It was tough because the job was active & I was active after work, it was like everything was shut down. I hated…

Because of the type of breathing I do with some of the exercises (which eating would interfere with) & because of being interrupted a lot & having to be stubborn about getting the workout done, a lot of times it's technically lunch time before the first meal. But I still call it breakfast, just a late one. It's weird…

Looking good!
-
Wow, thanks, rybo!! Will do
-
Thank you, mamasmaltz3  I try to keep muscles contracted while exercising (hopefully toning, anyway), & you're right, it's movement

I love being inspired, Al Noog. And is that your dog on your pounds lost bar? Cute dog! (still trying to get the hang of this site, learning how Reply works)

Wow, that's wonderful!
