At the minute I'm adding mine to a morning smoothie. Chocolate protein powder Small banana Udo oil blend 100ish mls fat free milk Big handful spinach. Tastes yummy and has everything I need.

The Hairy Bikers have 3 books called 'Hairy Dieters'. They are brilliant, calorie controlled delicious meals. The recipies are easy, even my husband has attempted one or two of them and he hates cooking.

Ohh god yes, if I'm being 'bold', I'll make a guinness battered cod with proper chunky deep fried chips, roasted garlic mayo dip, homemade floury baps mmmmyummy!!

Season some breadcrumbs and mix in a little parmesan, chopped parsley and lemon zest. Dip your fish in fat free natural yoghurt then the crumb mixture and bake in a hot oven. Very very tasty!

I'd say these kids are that smart they are looking to see how mammy is gonna get rid of the eggs this year!! Seen as they are checking for evidence in the trash....Probably have bets on to see if she'll cope on that rabbits don't even eat eggs :p

Yeah I think I'll skip this one and wait for the 'weight loss by wearing all your clothes in one go to sweat it out challenge'. I do not like the cold....and I live in Ireland so basically my whole life is a 'its freezing' challenge!!

Hehe I gave up eating between 12midnight and 7.30a.m...unless I don't go to bed until 1a.m then I don't eat from 1a.m till 7.30a.m. ;)

Congratulations on the new baby! I just wanted to suggest the 30 day shred. 20mins long so not too much to fit into your day, while baby naps. Might even be able to fit it in twice :)

Think we might just sit around looking lovingly into each others eyes while holding hands.....or maybe just feed the kids, go for family walk, bath kids, fall asleep trying to watch TV after kids go to bed. .you know the usual

This ^^^ Eating loads of fiber itself won't get you going if you aren't drinking enough water and eating enough healthy fats to get what you've just binded together(with the fiber) to leave the body.

At the minute I'm thinking homemade pizza. I'll let the kids pick their own toppings and make their own. I'll have red onion, tomato, spinach, goats cheese and basil on mine with a drizzle of basil oil mmmmyummy! I was gonna have a few glasses of wine too but over did it last night and right now I can't see me drinking…

I'm a little OCD about cleaning the kitchen - 3 times a day, no dishes are to be left after each meal. The fridge grosses me out. I clean it 2 times a week with hot water and detol.
