Yeah, if you update your weight ever so often your cals will decrease. If your struggling to meet your goals maybe try prelogging. Add loads of calorie dense foods to your day, I always find nuts are great for using up cals.

Even though this thread has a kinda bad feeling now I'll give an answer to the question you asked. For me the number 1 'trick' (other than the obvious of a calorie deficit) is....prelogging. It allows me to know exactly what I'll be eating that day, around what amount I need to eat to fill my day and get my macros right.…

I took a look at your diary and you haven't logged for most of the last 2 weeks. Maybe log everything (weighed and measured) everyday and see what happens. If your anything like me you are eating more than you think.

Ohh I meant to say, lunch looks very small and unbalanced to me. I'd add some salad, chicken/beef/ham or such to your bread.

Overall to me your food looks fine. Rating it (as you asked) I'd probably give it 5/10. The reasons being it does seem a little bland for my taste and a little dry. Maybe add some variety. If you feel you need to go to ER go now. They can give you medications if needs be to tide you over until the pharmacy opens.

I hate to think how this thread will end up in a few hrs with words like 'clean eating' and 'plateau' mentioned lol. But anyway I think just start weighing and measuring your food again, log it accurately and you'll do okay. Eat back most of your exercise calories too to fuel your workouts. Best of luck x

Yes. Any fluid (bar alcohol I think) can be counted as water intake. Including fruit juices, teas, coffee, soup, diluted water.......

You look great!! You don't need to look like your in your 20's. Just make the most of what you have, moisturise, eat well, exercise and rest. After looking at your friends list like someone stated above you might want to review alot of the support you have on here!! People with really bad views on diet will not help you xx

Love this post. I've just ordered You are your own gym. I've always been annoyed that I have such weak upper body strength, I really want to do a tough mudder but I know I wouldn't be able to haul my body up over things.
