I was like you. I eventually ended up weighing myself constantly throughout the day. I became so obsessed and continued to gain weight. I go rid of my scale several years ago. It was the best thing I ever did. I dropped 40 pounds without the stress.

You're not the only one. It's really an eating disorder which is why we are all here.

I'm on 1200 per day. So far I'm hanging in there. At first it was very hard and I was very hungry. Now I think my body has adjusted but it's not easy.

I add Cinnamon, Salt, vanilla, and splenda. If you can afford the calories you can add rasins, walnuts, butter. Just about anything you like. Enjoy
