I would like to know how much I weigh, so I get more accuracy from my HRM and similar things. As of now, I've just been guestimating my weight and trying to eat healthy and work out. I do not have a therapist.

I use mine in peach mango smoothies. One cup of light, vanilla almond milk (40cal). Two scoops of protein powder (100cal). 1/2-1 cup of peaches (60+cal). Half cup mango (45cal). Sometimes I also use blueberry instead of mango, or make strawberry banana, etc.
