Thanks for all the input...I do love avocado and I did get it on my salad today..and it was delicious. Love the creamy texture. I would eat a small one everyday, I think it would fill me up more also. :)

Is there a substantial amount of fat/calories? If so I would...if not, dont bother.

Thanks for the support. All of us need it in this weight loss thing we're trying to do! I have a tough time losing..it sux. I'm always confused as to how many calories I should actually be eating...too little, too less???? MFP has me set at 1350 right now to lose 2 lbs a week...we'll see! Anyone else having this issue!

Maybe I should use one with a chest strap because I hate having to stop to check my heart rate, and sometimes the one I wear doesnt even pick up a reading if I am moving too much! ugh. Thanks :flowerforyou:

It depends on the person. Some people weigh themselves just to make sure its working or not working, and others may do it and get discouraged. I would try different things and see what work best for you, maybe every couple of days, every week, every month or once a week. Good Luck.

My thing is, I've been eating 1600 and not losing. I thought I lost 5 lbs then got on the scale and it went up.... I have to put that damn scale away!!

I thought the same thing. I don't have high blood pressure but I still watch my sodium intake. Sometimes it makes me puffy and affects my number on the scale....or am I nuts?? I try not to eat processed crappy foods with tons of sodium, but everything has salt. We all need some salt in our diets. If you can, try making…
