I just changed calories from 1600 to 1937 because of my TDEE (2421, Scoobys) So to lose weight (20% less calories) I changed it to 1937. Do you think I will actually start losing weight. BMR and TDEE
Ok, I know there has been a lot of posts about this topic and I am still a little confused over all of the numbers. My TEED is 2270 and BMR is 1753.. I try to eat about 1600 calories a day... Is that enough? I just want to make sure I am eating enough and not too much or too little.... I am 5'4 and 220#s, 34 years old.

HRM compared to machine
So I wore my hrm yesterday and it said I burned 330 cals, thats with 20 mins on eliptical and 15 on treadmill, I wasnt walking very fast on the treadmill because of squats, my legs felt like jello.... I just got a hrm and usually if I do the elliptical for example, 30 minutes I will burn around 300 calories. Well I figured I'd buy a hrm to see if this was accurate or not.
