Tracy Anderson's 30-day method

Has anyone read the book and/or done the 30 day method from tracy anderson?
I am going to try it.

  • I did buy the book mainly for the dance cardio cd as I already had the mat workout which I loved - amazing results in two weeks last year (abs and arms only). Unfortunately post holiday I didn't carry on. I couldn't get into the book but started the mat workout again a couple of weeks ago and already seeing great results. I do intend to look at the 30 day method at some point but can't even contemplate thedance cardio, it's so fast and too much jumping (I have a foot injury). I've heard great things about the post pregnancy workout even for those who have never given birth. Waiting for it to arrive! Will still use the mat workout, particularly for the standing abs and arm sections. I love Tracy Anderson workouts, they're different and I actually look forward to doing them. The negative comments I can understand particularly the lack of teaching and cueing. But once you done the workouts a few times you get it! Good luck and enjoy!
