I really like this idea: losing pounds on the scale does not mean that you are more fit—it just means you are lighter, which doesn't mean much at all. Great article. We shouldn't emphasize so much on what the scale says. Recently my weight loss had slowed down and I was very surprised to see that I reduced my waist line of 8 cm in 3 weeks despite shedding only a few pounds. We can look at other progress, i can run faster longer, i can lift more weight ect which are as encouraging if not more than shedding weight.0
