I went from a C cup to a B cup. The difference in symmetry or lack thereof became much more prominent after weight loss. :(

Bring healthy snacks with you so and eat it when you're feeling a bit hungry. Gum, water and green tea.

I like savory oatmeal. So I usually put soy sauce to taste and top it with chopped up green onions and a poached egg. If I have it sweet, I toss in half a handful or raisins, cinnamon, vanilla extract and soymilk.
