  • I have a green smoothie every day with kale, spinach, chard, berries and bananas and flax seeds. Sometimes, if I need more carbs for a workout, I make oatmeal with cinnamon and blueberries, but I only have about 3/4 a cup of oatmeal with my smoothie. I am usually pretty full after that.
  • organic* haha
  • I am doing it consistently... well like 99% because I still use organize salad dressings on my salads, and those have oil in them, but I measure them out as part of the 150 discretionary cals he says are okay in the second book. So far, I am on day four and I am doing great! It is hard, and I do crave sugar after I eat…
  • I have a degree in nutrition, so I know how it works. I know eat to live has less calories, but there is no calculated deficit, or calorie counting. In fact, you are encouraged to eat huge portions every meal. I have plenty of understanding about nutrition-- when I said deficit, I meant restrictions on portions. That to me…
  • yeah LOL... I eat whenever I feel like it, and I have lost 15 pounds following these recommendations, and it's not stopping. I sleep better, my skin has cleared up, I have tons of energy when I exercise, and I never have to count a single calorie. I just eat.

  • I am new to the group too, but not new to eat to live. I am just starting it clean slate again today. Breakfast was a green smoothie with banana, kale, avocado, carrot, blueberries, pineapple, and flaxseeds. Lunch was a whole wheat totilla stuffed with lentils, carrots, lettuce, tomoatoes, green peppers, and dressed with…

You can also add more beans to anything you are eating. If you're actually feeling hungry (and not just TOXIC hunger) then those…
