  • I did 2 rounds (4 months) and lost 12 pounds. not many inches, but I was happy to finally get into my "goal" jeans. I'm currently doing the 30 day shred and I continue to choose 2 insanity workouts a week just to keep up with it. I finally hit my goal weight and past it. :-)
  • I saw only small results after month 1. You really see it more in month 2. I think it also varies on how much you need to lose.
  • I started in in March and went through to April. I lost 10 pounds & only a few inches, but it was enough to get me into my "goal" jeans. It took a week to get use to the first month and I didn't see much results. (you see it more in month 2). recovery week is nice in between, but i felt it was too nice so month 2 was a…
  • Try Zumba- it's a great from of dance and aerobics & sooo much fun! Not sure where you live, but by me there is a Knights of Columbus Hall where they do all types of activities and there are aerobics classes and different kinds of dance classes like swing and ballroom. if you check at your local gym or dance school or even…
  • I made these before and brought them into work. I made sure to bring the box with me because I knew no one would believe me when I said they were fat free. It quickly became the new office favorite.
  • Hi I started on the 1st so i'm just starting on level 2. my legs were a little sore in the beginning from the lunges. I'm just coming off 4 months of Insanity and oddly enough they don't really do a lot of lunges- just a lot of squats. It's a nice change of pace and I enjoy it. keep going strong and do the modified version…
  • I'd love to know what some of theses are- wheel roll-outs and dragon flags. thanks :-)
  • I just passed my goal today for the first time ever- and my roll is still there!!! I'm 118 today and don't need to lose more, but I don't know what else to do to get rid of it. I'm 30 something and the last time I was 118 I was probably 10. I'm just gonna keep fighting till it's gone. Glad to see it aint just me :-)
  • you look great. I'm taking a break after 4 months of Insanity and I started July 1st. I enjoying it- it's much tamer. I don't like that 1 minute of abs. I feel like I should be spending more time with it. I've also noticed that my "pooch" is sticking out more than before. I don't like that but I also don't feel the ab…
  • Yes. i'd like to join too. I've done it before but not for the full 30 days. Looking forward to it :-)
  • Im' kinda in the same boat. I work outside and i'm constantly drinking water because I always feel dehydrated. I ALWAYS drink water all the time nothing else. I drink way more than 64oz and yet i'm still thirsty. I was told that when that happens you need to drink something else to balance out. I usually just have a glass…
  • I love rhubarb, but i can't find it here in Florida. When I lived in NY it was great for making pies. I wish I could find it now. I was told the season here is very brief and in march. :-(
  • Hi, I did the Princess 5k this past February at Disney World and it was my first race ever. it took my 45 minutes and that was what I had been averaging while I was in training. I started my training right after Halloween. I was always a walker and would walk 5 miles on my days off and slowly worked up to jogging. I was…
  • I've made it very tasty with some soy sauce and pineapple juice. you can marinade it in it and then brush it on while it bakes. I've also done it simple with just some Worcestershire sauce. that can get spicy/kicky if u like that.
  • I usually make mine with worcestershire sauce. gives it a nice kick of flavor.
  • *I wish we had white castle here. love 5guys- but it doesn't make me go.
  • thank you for all the responses. The box of tea was only $4 so i'm not worried about it hurting my wallet. I'd rather take a natural tea ad opposed to some pills that have a lot of junk in them. I do eat f salad and veges everyday. I drink tons of water b/c I work outside. I get plenty of fiber that way, but I "GO" once…
  • so with all that cut out-what can u eat? Curious to know what you have been eating and if you've lost anything with that. It does seem like a fad diet or just a way to get a few pounds off quickly for an event, but nothing that you should do for a long period of time.
  • i wasn't that crazy about it either. I got the fat free daisy cottage chesses. when I opened it you see that it's all tiny balls- kinda like dipping dots or pearl onions. I scooped some and poured it into a strainer and got rid of the cream and it just left these little "pearls". It tasted so much better- I sprinkle it on…
  • thanks
  • thank you for your help :-)
  • many thanks.
  • I'm from NY and I've seen that done. You can pull out the dough to make room for cream cheese, tuna salad or what ever you're putting in it. It does cut out the bread calories but it also makes it easier to eat so you're not straining your jaw open to get the full bagel in your mouth.
  • Hi, I'm curious to know more about your condition. I have problems moving my "stuff" too. I go only once a week. I'm not in any pain or discomfort. I am drinking more than I had been- I just figured it's from all the working out i'm doing. What symptoms led your dr. to diagnose you with this? I'm just curious to know if I…
  • i think i'm gonna start on the 1st, but i'd like to join the group and support. :-)
  • thank you. I'm at 126 and 5'3.
  • thank you everyone. I wasn't sure if it might have been water. this past week I had been so dry and parched as if I had swallowed a box of salt. I drank so much water. Not sure what it might have been that I had eaten- my levels hadn't increased that much. The funny thing is that my "goal jeans" still fit me with the…
