The weight I lost has been creeping back up and now my clothes are too tight. :( I'd love to have someone or a couple of people to message directly (daily?) so we could ask each other if we exercised, ate well, etc. Anyone interested in that to help us keep up our good habits?

Like many people, stress, lack of sleep, and lack of exercise contribute to my migraines. I've been gluten free to try to help with migraines for about 2 months now. I try to stick with fruits, veggies, meats, nuts, and cheeses. I do like gluten free crackers made with nuts, or lentils. I just am recommitting after about a month "off," I originally was going for 1200 calories but now just bumped it up to 1410, with eating back workout calories. I was just too hungry all the time otherwise. But, everyone is different with your own metabolism! Feel free to add me, I could use some new active friends!

I'm a teacher. I'm currently enjoying T25 - workout in under 30 min. 4-5 days a week, 1 hour 1 day a week. It can be early in the morning or at night, but it is encouraging to know it only takes 25(ish) min.

I have used a lot of Jillian Michaels but now wanted something new (and to kick it up a notch). I was debating between P90X, Insanity and T25, and I just decided yesterday to do T25. The time factor is going to help motivate me to do it more consistently, and I can always do more!

I found my dress just after Christmas. It is a sample and needs to be taken in a little bit but I am hoping to lose 15 or so pounds before getting it altered. My wedding is July 2014. :)

I agree with what someone else about drinking with a straw - you can be walking around, etc. I try to drink at least 8 oz while I'm drying my hair in the morning.
