I have a 3 month old and im working on taking the weight off to so far havent lost any of my 15 lb nessecity and 35 lb goal.

when I wake up sore I do my workout just a lower intensity (mainly to keep the habit) Im like you I used to stop everytime I got a little hill to climb. Keep it up though and you will be alot happier. At least thats what I have noticed. Good Luck!

Thanks everyone! while not what I was hoping to hear I guess its what I needed to hear!. Now as I sit with an infant in my arms obviously not sleeping i wonder how in the world im supposed to get more sleep?.?.
