I often ponder the same question! I like to look at others to get ideas :) I hope people will look at mine for the same reason, plus it holds me accountable to what I eat knowing that people would be like "damn did you see all that food she ate? No wonder she isn't losing much!!" ha ha ha

Try to curve your energy towards something else. Go for a walk to take your mind off of things. Put a movie on. Listen to relaxing music.

Don't stress about it. I did the same thing but I gained like 20! Errrrr... It happens. The only thing you can do about it is learn from it and try your hardest not to let it happen again :) KEEP ON KEEPIN ON!!! :D

Great job!!! I've learned to just try to cut fat and cals while eating out without feeling totally deprived. If you like steak go for a lean cut, no butter or sauces on veggies, dressing for salad on the side, baked potato. Go for the fish if you like it. Everyone should be taking a multivitamin no matter if they are trying to lose weight or not. I take a multivitamin, fish oil for healthy heart and calcium :)

Hi there!! This website is amazing! I also used to think that tracking calories was going to be way too hard but with this site it really makes it simple. It helps to see all the food you eat in a day then you can take a step back and say "do I really need to eat ALL that food?" ha ha Welcome!

Isn't it where you have say 2000 calories, eat 2200 calories but worked out and burned 300 calories so that gives you 100 calories remaining. I took it as if a person wanted they could eat the calories that they just busted their *kitten* to burn.. ha ha
