Not five minutes before getting to your post, I was wondering if I should sign up for the 5Ks that I want to run/walk, or if I should volunteer and run/walk next year. Your post has inspired me to just do it. I'll be signing up for two in September and two in October. Such an inspiring post! :)

This is a great reminder. When I first logged on here, I would leave off foods from my log. Fries at the carnival, pizza after a movie where I ate popcorn, candy, and had a soda. And of course the next day I would be committed to starting over. That is such an awful cycle.

This is my second attempt as well! I will send a friend request! :)

Then I went to the hospital due to an eye infection and they had to weigh me in triage. I weighed in at 350 lbs. I don't know if…

When I see pictures of what I used to look like, or see other women my height at their appropriate weight - I get so motivated. Recently, I had a very scary episode with my blood pressure, and I'm now super motivated to continue with my fitness and weight loss goals.

Hi Kaite, I'm Yana. While I don't have any children (yet) I did come back to MFP this year after a short break, and I also have 100+ to lose. I'll send you a request and hopefully we can support one another. :)
