I want to join you! I'm challenging myself to: 1) Complete mat Pilates at least 3 days per week 2) Workout at least 5 days per week 3) Lose at least 1 lb. per week I'll update on Sundays.

I almost went to the restaurant next to my job for scrambled eggs and toast when I remembered this challenge and my goal not to eat take out this month. Yay! Calories saved! Had a nutrigrain bar instead.

I plan to walk with Leslie 5 times a week. While I enjoy an outdoor walk, I think I'll be walking mostly with Leslie. I'll probably log my walks weekly because I don't always log into MFP. Happy walking!

Hi everyone! I just joined this group. I love Leslie Sansone walks, she's always so upbeat! I want to finish January strong - so I'm committing to walking 15 miles before the end of the month. I think that's doable - it's 5 3 mile walks. I'm on it!

Low carb diet. I began intermittent fasting and low carbing in October, and I've lost 20 pounds and I've had a regular cycle - with ovulation - since. Also, my body has been responding in remarkable ways. My hair is growing thick again, my skin has cleared up, and my moods have improved. Low carbing is the way!

I am 5'11 and my goal weight is 150. However, if I get to the 18% - 20% body fat percentage before that, I will stop losing at whatever weight I am in that range. My current weight is 274.
