    I would like to join. I just started and I am fearful that I won't stick to getting the weight off once again. If I do this challenge then i will have something to look foward to.

    Goal Weight: 299 I would love to be under 300 again especially since it happened so quickly
    Ultimate Goal Weight: less than 200 ( I haven't been since middle school)

    2.3 Loss this month (some of this was gain from August :smile: )

    I have been doing HIIT 3 times a week and more strength training and I can see the difference in my clothes and measurments so while the scale is being iffy my tape measure is being really good to me :tongue:

    I feel like for my goal of 144 at 5'2" and still being considered 'overweight' these last few pounds should be so much easier to get rid of - but one thing I have learned is that the body does what it wants in its own time - I just wish we could work together better :laugh:

    Quit alcohol last week and lost five pounds in one week. I've now lost a total of six since starting this challenge. I went from 166 to 160.
