How is everyone doing so far? I joined this challenge to fit better into a dress I bought back in July that I planned to wear to my office lunch. While I lost around 4 pounds the dress I had is now too big, it sags in the front. It's important to realize that while pounds count so do inches! I was wearing a 6/4, I now wear a 4/2 though I didn't lose where I want (thighs and hips) I have lost and though it was only 4 pounds plus inches, it comes out to so much more.0
