So who's trying to get into that sexy Little Black Dress in time for Christmas 2014? Or better yet, New Years Eve? I know I am. If you're interested in joining a fun, supportive, yet serious challenge - add your stats below to join the Jingle Off the Pounds Challenge!

As of Friday, July 25, there are only 5 months until Christmas Day! Even if you don't celebrate Christmas, what better gift to give yourself during the holiday season than good health and a hot body. Am I right?

If you are not are considering your weight for this challenge, feel free to use your body measurements!

In this challenge you set your own personal goals to achieve your own personal best. This is not a competitive challenge - your only competitor is you. This is a place to get the ultimate in support and celebrate your achievements - because you will have many!

The rules:
1) Create a post with your stats
2) Update your stats at least bi-weekly
3) I LOVE NSVs! Post them often!
4) Support/Friend at least 5 different challengers
5) Have fun!

The prizes!
1) A sense of accomplishment
2) A good time
3) Some new friends :)

    I'm in, since I was voted to be on our office Events Committee and plan the end of year party . . I need to look good, I might have to speak!

    My original goal was the end of August but life got in the way :smile: anything that can help me get my focus back on track is okay with me, and an excuse to buy a new dress is always fun!

    I will weigh in again next Sunday. I have been doing a lot of resistance training, and I don't want the fluid gains to throw me off, so I'm going to give my body a few days to adjust.

    Smart thinking, when I started resistance training the weight gain like to have driven me crazy . . . it's hard to see the scale going up when all you really want is for it to go down - but it pays off in inches :smile:

    It might take more than a week, I think it took me almost two for the scale to act right!

    My weight this morning was 151.4 . . . surprising since I had a crazy weekend with a big bacon cheeseburger, ice cream and chocolate candy - but I also had almost a whole week without any fried foods! Not by choice but maybe I should rethink that :happy:
