happy to join you on week 5 completed my first run today back on treadmill, 1% incline warmup 3.5mph jog 5mph walk 4mph including cool down -2.2 miles calories burnt 345 I feel GOOD :)

Great going, i believe you mentioned you had some knee issues earlier , why not ease yourself in with the incline, start with .5, 1 and then bump it up But Kudos to you for completing the run

Hi I have done week 3, day 2 and 3 on incline 1, i did noticed that the first time i used the incline my calories burnt increased by about 10% for the run, and i did notice the incline second time around, i even forgot i was on an incline, i think we get used to the incline pretty fast.. as long as we dont over do the…

hi guys, i too faced this - was exercising way too much and my net calories were below the recommended numbers suggest bumping up the net calories to the MFP recommended values and hang in there, you are getting fitter and on the way to a great life

Completed my last run of week 3 too but burnt less calories than usual ? am i getting that fit (LOL) maybe time to increase speeds just a little have been doing walking at 4mph and jog at 4.5mph ,bumped up incline to 1 in last 2 runs

awesome, great to hear that you completed it without a hitch and i do understand the "cocky" part, i was meaning to go slow , go slow and then bumped up the last run to 6mph, just to see whether i could do it hang in there, week 3 would be easier than week 1, i bet
