Thanks, Ladies. I can use all the support possible. My flexitarian plan (or my idea of a plan) is to eat fish 2-3 times a week; otherwise eating more vegetarian. I love MFP. With regard to recording in the diary in advance ... I call it "Good Planning." I need to plan ahead to keep myself on target, so I usually log my meals in the morning and then tweak it as the day goes on - dinner is the only meal not pre-planned ... yet. I am still trying to find my niche.

I get my curry from an Amish market in southern IL. I make a curried tuna salad ... 1 can (3.5 oz) tuna, 1 Tbsp or so of plain Greek yogurt (can sub in low-fat mayo), 1 Tbsp chopped onion, 1/2 chopped apple (or 1/4 c. raisins or craisins), curry to taste. I eat this on crackers or make a sandwich.

I weigh every day to keep me in check and so I can plan for the day, but I also concentrate on one day a week (Friday) as a goal date of being down in my weight. I don't worry too much about how much, as long as I am losing.
