Yes, for sure. Not only size but style. As a DD, I need some SUPPORT, can't have those little two-closure spaghetti strap demi-bras. I also prefer full coverage. But more importantly, getting fit with the right sports bra helped a lot!

So, when i lost all my weight the first time, I think I was wearing the wrong sized bra, because I thought I was a 42DD. But then I got fit because of my weight loss and went down to a 38, but still DD. I didn't even consider that side effect, but it was great. I don't understand the fascination with large breasts (I mean,…

Storing it upside down and in the refrigerator helps.

I think 30 minutes is quite good actually. Yes, we all know that cardio burns the most calories, but IMO, weights and strength training are what show the true results. I don't think you need to go overboard on your cardio, just try to fit it in, maybe 5 days a week? You sound like you're doing all the right things. Good…

Seems a little suspect to me. Have your foods continued to be good? Maybe you need to step up your cardio? Getting enough water? Sleep? I dunno, just throwing things out there!

Thanks for the advice! Guess I should just get out there and do some cost comparison. We have quite a few local markets in my area, so I'm sure I can find something that works!

Haha! You are the second person on this site to comment on his kilt! His brother is a piper too and actually played at our wedding :o) I'll definitely add you!

Just to throw this out there, even though you're gonna go to get fit, I wear Pearl Izumi's and they are fab. I like Asics too :o)

Great advice! Thank you! I had no idea about the samples. I liked to mix the powder with some oatmeal for breakfat, but it would get this weird consistency that just got so hard to eat after a while. They are all pricey, so it would be nice to try it out first. I'm learning a whole lot from this thread :o)

Just out of curiosity... why is 80% the standard? I'm super interested. I used Optimum Gold Standard in the past but the Vanilla flavor was disgusting.

I'm definitely on the banana peanut butter track!!! I had some Tuna for lunch, but maybe if I add the shrimp. Thanks!

Just me

That is awesome. I have a pair of Lucky Brand Jeans, hanging on my mirror... and I am waiting for that day!
-
I've never tried that brand. I like to mix my powders with Oatmeal :o) Or for a smoothie option, freeze up those bananas!

I personaly think you need to give your muscles a rest. Still get some cardio in, though maybe not quite as intense.

That's an interesting article. The financial cost of my unhealthy lifestyle choices is something that definitely plays into my life. I pay for Personal Training and it's is expensive. I don't like to tell people what I pay because it's a lot and I wonder what people will think of me. The fact is, I've tried like so many…

I don't like ANY of it, honestly. But I do it.

Agreed about the cardio. My suggestion is to start with 10 mins of something inbetween each of your strength training sets (elliptical, stair climber, treadmill...). Also, on the bike, is it recumbent or upright? If it's upright, try a program and climb those hills! Increase your resistance slowly. Good luck!

Holy Shiznit! You literally lost half of yourself. Simply incredible!

Not really a quote. My trainer calls me a "95er" when I don't give my all. In other words, always give 100%, don't be a "95er".

I weigh daily, and measure every three weeks.

Yay! The most important kind of NSV!
-
BTW, I think it's super important to have a good insole too.

Uh, Joey McIntyre

When I was running, I started with Asics and ended up with Pearl Izumis. I liked them both. I had Nikes before my Asics and got horrible shin splints.

Remember when everyone started deleting their MySpace accounts? Facebook isn't too far behind.

I agree with this. I also agree with the person who said to plan better. "Failing to plan is planning to fail." But I digress, I would say you're good, just as long as it's once in a while.

Mine is a reference to The Office, because I freakin' love that show. There's an episode where Jim calls Pam "Fancy New Beasley". I replaced it with Becca. There ya go!

I don't even know what these are... like regular bone-in pork chops?
