I weigh virtually everything and go to a couple of different calorie sites to see if nutrient counts are consistent as well. If I can't find the exact nutrient count of what I'm looking for I create my from that package and save in 'My Foods'. Scramble the eggs, mix a little cheese in and green onions... then pouch in an egg poucher... sort of like a souffe~. Yummy.

You're the only one in the cafeteria (300 seat capacity), you find a nice quiet corner to take a late lunch.... Another person comes in SITS AT THE VERY NEXT TABLE!!! Ok fine, but CHEW WITH YOUR MOUTH CLOSED!!! G-Damn!!!

As above, I do boil up eggs, those are great for a quick protein snack ( I ditch the yolks for cholesterol reasons). I mostly prep the next days meals while cooking supper. I've found if I prep too much I can't always eat up what I've got. Keeping some vegis whole until I use them sometime makes them last a little longer…

I kick start my metabolism with a glass of V8 at 5:30am and usually in a couple of hours I'm hungry and have a light breakfast. Even getting a breakfast bar ( a good one) to start your morning might be what you can try.
