we made the Pioneer Woman's Chicken Piccata--- at 941 calories, it is so bad but SOOOO good :) Subbed half and half for the heavy cream and had a birdseye steamfresh broc., cauliflower and carrot blend with it. AND stayed under my calorie count today! :D Woot woot!

that's fantastic! I'm right there with you-- just got a treadmill a week and a half ago, and I've seen improvement in my time, endurance, speed, and on the scale already! :) For me, walking was the easiest routine to commit to, and now, I find it enjoyable to push myself to be at least as good as I was the day before…
