I thought I wanted to do this alone, but I was wrong. 🌎

I like food. I like a lot of it, and a lot of so-called "forbidden" foods. Thing is, I see a lot of my fitter, fabulous friends who indulge in those delectable goodies, and so I figure, if they can be fit and have treats, so can I. I eat high volume, low calorie foods so I'm not unbearably starving while I'm on this…

Thank you all. I already knew this, but it's good to hear confirmation. I guess I took it just especially hard because I went to bed hungry, was overtired this morning and overwhelmed trying to weigh everything and calculate out my day without being late for work 😉 I am staying the course, and very proud of the decisions…

Sausage egg and cheese frittata. I'll use this as a base, sub the meat for whatever I have, and throw in any veggies I have. It is a lot of saturated fat, so this is an occasional treat meal, but if you're looking to feel satiated, this does it. 8 servings.

Babybel or string cheese.

Oh my gosh, the bagged salad, yes! We go through probably ten bags a week! ..... I'm a cheat and don't count my coffee creamer in my daily cals.... And it's the "real" stuff...Pumpkin spice international delight is LIFE. ^_^

Angel food/ crushed pineapple cake. 1/12 of a 9x13 for 160 cals. Sanders mini salted caramel milk chocolates (7 pieces for 120 cals!). Fiber one brownie bites.

Dunk a PB&j in chicken noodle soup. Put sugar on tuna salad sandwiches.

Not exactly oatmeal, but I've been eating a lot of cream of wheat lately. Helps me get iron and calcium and it's only 130 cals while being very satisfying.

You need to take care of YOU. It is not your responsibility to look after your mother and sister. You can still love them AND love yourself. Making yourself a better person should make them happy for you, and may even inspire them to better themselves. Ultimately, it is YOUR life-- your mother and sister will not be around…

holy crap, look how flat your stomach is!!! What a terrific feat, congratulations! I'll bet you feel like a million bucks :)

try overnight refrigerator oatmeal-- you just throw your oats ( I like a multigrain hot cereal) and some milk and sugar and dried cranberries or whatever other goodies you want in a jar, give it a shake, and toss it in the fridge. You're all set in the am! I also like to add cottage cheese to my pancake batter to up the…

Your hard work has paid off, you look (and must feel) terrific!!! Can't wait to get there myself--- thanks for the inspiration, and keep it up!

I am treating the holiday as a holiday: Slim, healthy people indulge on these days, but don't gorge themselves on mountains of spuds and pounds of chocolate. I will not be logging my meals that day, but will enjoy IN MODERATION-- not going back for seconds, having three rolls, and slathering as much butter as my lard@$$…

give sea salt a try-- less of it goes a lot further in flavoring dishes, so when you absolutely MUST have some salt, it's the lesser of the evils :)

Ive been around net 1200 per day with exercise; diary's open! :)

nope, you're def not the only one. It was a huge accomplishment to me just to complete a mile without walking in 12 minutes.. and it took a long time for me to be able to do it. If you're doing it solely for the good workout, try keeping it to one or two runs a week, giving your body a chance to catch up to your mental…

After my first two weeks of working out every day, I got myself some snazzy workout gear-- running pants and sports bras... after a month of exercising every day, I got myself new running shoes :) Small rewards like that make me look forward to working out more-- I mean, let's face it, what girl isn't motivated by a new…

I used to do home care for a woman who had her eggs seperated, with the white discarded, and simply poached the yolk to her liking. Spoon it out of the water with a slotted spoon, and she would have that with a slice of ham or some other breakfast meat. Personally, I'm a big fan of scrambled eggs, so I unfortunately don't…

^^ *giggle* I could see my husband telling you to take your advice elsewhere. :P

I guess all the "diet gurus" have ingrained in me that I need to do without and suffer, so by having a single normal sized cheeseburger, or two pieces of pizza, I feel like that is "wrong," even though it's a perfectly normal serving size. My weight loss is steadily going down, but I can't help but wonder: well if I'd had…
