A coupla two tree eggs over easy and an avocado... Easy, cheap... It's my go-to breakfast! Here's the breakdown:

Sausage egg and cheese frittata. I'll use this as a base, sub the meat for whatever I have, and throw in any veggies I have. It is a lot of saturated fat, so this is an occasional treat meal, but if you're looking to feel satiated, this does it. 8 servings.

Coconut rice. Get the canned coconut milk. It should have around 20g fat per 1/2 cup. Add some mango to your rice if you'd like. Along with that you can have some meat or tofu for your protein.

There is always a possibility that fats don't satiate you. They certainly don't for me.

But dark chicken, avocado, nuts/butters, red meats (especially fatty cuts), bison, duck, lamb, cheeses and full fat dairy are all good choices.

    What are good fats?

    Fattier cuts of red meat
    Eggs
    Full fat dairy

    So for meals...
    steaks/roasts
    Omelettes
    Burgers
Heck, a peanut butter and jelly sandwich.
