What foods keep you on track?

What do you always have stocked in your fridge or pantry to help you meet your goals?
I like volume, and I choose foods carefully that I know will keep me full. Maple Cream of Wheat has been my low cal go to for breakfast, to bulk up my lunches, and as a late night snack. Chobani flips are giving me protein and calcium while zapping my sweet tooth, and again keeping me full. I've also been making egg dishes about once a week for dinner, adding protein for less cals.

I like protein, and berries, to keep me on track. Low-fat yogurt and low-fat cottage cheese, protein powder, frozen strawberries, blueberries, and mixed berries, unsweetened almond milk, and hardboiled eggs are always in the house.2

Vegies, vegies and more vegies. Then add greek yoghurt, chicken, turkey, bananas, berries, nuts, dark chocolate, oats, diet cola and a few more vegies.1

Chicken breast, whey protein, egg whites, cottage cheese, lettuce, zucchini, frozen vegetables. When I have those items I'm happy and on track.1

Recently I have substituted beans in my salad for meat and I've noticed a big difference! They are really filling. Low in calories-lots of fiber. I also will have sugar free gum after meals and diet soda.2

Basics are:
Chicken breast
Tuna
Low calorie bread or wraps
Oatmeal
Fat free Greek yogurt
Bananas or berries
Veggies - fresh or frozen
Broth based soups
Hummus
Woven wheat crackers
Eggs
Any combination is breakfast, lunch and dinner most days.

Lots of protein! Cottage cheese, Greek yogurt, or eggs for the morning. And my low calorie protein ice cream so I can still get my sweet fix at night.1

Fruit of some sort (depends on the season so right now apples)
Laughing Cow Cheese and Triskets (lowish calorie snack)
Eggs (I go through around a dozen a week on my own)
Canned/Pouch Tuna (great for sandwiches and salads)
Peanut Butter (cause it is awesome)
Tea (it's getting cold here so a low calorie hot drink is nice to have)1 -
Bananas, 35-calorie sliced bread, baby spinach, almond milk, cinnamon, onions, garlic, avocado.1

Right now it's eggs. They just set me up for a good start to the day.1

Oh my gosh, the bagged salad, yes! We go through probably ten bags a week!

I'm a cheat and don't count my coffee creamer in my daily cals.... And it's the "real" stuff...Pumpkin spice international delight is LIFE. ^_^1 -
Apples for me. I'm still shocked at how much they fill me up. And coffee.

The main food products that keep me full and that I love enough to eat frequently are eggs, Fairlife milk, chicken, turkey, shrimp, lentils, veggie burger patties, and fruit.0
