This!!

Took my dog for a fast 45 minute walk....
-
I should be studying...but instead I am on here and looking for holidays in Bali for next Christmas :)
-
From doing some reading on here it seems that the fitbit isn't syncing too well with MFP and it could just be easier getting a HRM...**sigh** I wanted a new toy :(
-
The cheapest way to go is the HRM...I wouldn't be getting an expensive one. Money isn't really an issue, I am just wondering what would be the best and most useful to use.

2020 is fine. Mine is similar (1900) and I am 180lb. I think having too small a calorie intake can lead to problems, like what happens when you get to goal? Jumping from 1500 to whatever your maintenance can be a shock to the system and lead to weight gain. Do you really want to be living on 1500 cal a day for the rest of…
-
see I think where I am going wrong is I was thinking it was telling me what to do, instead of just using it as a calculator to work out how my loss will hopefully go
-
So maybe I should reduce the amount I eat on workout days? I normally just eat 1900 everyday as per the scooby site and if I put those figures into the linked site then I should lose the desired 25kg by my son's birthday :)
-
I think I am doing it wrong LOL when i add in more workouts my weightloss per week gets less
-
So...let me see if I have got this right. I work out three times a week, I eat more on workout days and less on rest days. Macros are also different on work out and rest days. Why only three days of working out a week? As someone asked is this any type of exercise? But then if we have set our activity level at moderately…

Eat your exercise calories back, if not all of them a large chunk!!
-
I think you look best in #3
-
Fantastic job :) It's amazing what photos can do, whenever I look in the mirror I can't see any difference either
-
My trainer is in my ear telling me to keep going...I don't know if I like it that she is so quiet. Though it does mean that you are are always aware of your surroundings and not stuck listening to the whinging in your head...
-
You don't need to eat at set intervals throughout the day, it is one of the biggest lies out there. Eat all your allotted calories on one go if you want...your body doesn't care.
-
Maintenance is the amount you need to eat to stay at exactly the same weight i.e.. maintain your current weight.
-
If you upped your calories I bet you wouldn't binge eat nearly as much...
-
^^ what they said
-
I think a lot of people on here use 40/30/30 as their macros.
-
I also don't worry about distance, that can be worked on later!!
-
level two day 3 completed...I am following Anita through most of it LOL
-
You need to be eating what these guys are suggesting. My main focus on a weight loss journey is to ask if it is sustainable long term, as in the rest of my life, if you can see yourself happily eating the low amount you are eating now then what can I say really. But if at some point you are going to want to go back to a…

I am up to level 2 workout 2....oh my lord it kills me!!

There's always chocolate and lollies and other crap lying around here. I might eat a fun sized bit of chocolate every now and then (80 cal), but for the most part I don't touch it. In my mind there's no point doing something that you can't sustain on the long term, and if that means that you have a bit of junk every now…

She is an idiot...who was found at some Fitness First gym and put on TV because she was good looking. Had nothing to do with her 'program'. I think anyone who uses her program will be stuck eating nothing but rabbit food or they will put on weight again.
-
My macros are set for me to have 180g of protein. Though I am following the eat more to weigh less philosophy http://www.myfitnesspal.com/forums/show/3834-eat-more-to-weigh-less
-
I might take my 4yo for a bush walk, but it will be slow and short. It will be up a mountain though

Anyone who wants another EMTLW friend feel free to add me

Heavy weights!! Check out http://www.myfitnesspal.com/forums/show/119-new-rules-of-lifting-for-women-nrol4w- and you should probably be eating more than 1400 calories a day!! Check out http://www.myfitnesspal.com/forums/show/3834-eat-more-to-weigh-less for that
